The address for the flea market is 2500 North Main in Durango, Colorado. The flea market is only open on Sundays May through the first Sunday in Nov.
Please be aware that we are closed on July 12, 2026 during the annual gem & mineral show, closed on August 9, 2026 during the county fair, and closed on September 6, 2026 during the motorcycle rally. Flea market shopper’s hours are 7:00a.m. 3:00p.m. There are public parking areas shown in gray on the flea market site map & also vendor parking /selling areas shown in yellow on the flea market site map.

Vendor spaces are $ 25 for the first space & $ 20 for each additional space. Space dimensions are the width of a standard vehicle parking space & a little bit longer in length. Vendors are to arrive at the vendor area entrance at 6:00 a.m. & must check with John Dunn or his staff upon arrival at the entry point & they will direct you to the spaces that are available because although reservations are not required, certain spots may have been reserved. You can either keep your vehicle with you or you can move it to the public parking lot to allow more room for your items / table / chair / canopy etc. Keep in mind if you choose to move your vehicle from the vendor area, you will need to move it before opening time at 7am & you must leave your vehicle in the public parking lot due to all the foot traffic in the vendor area during the market hours. When the flea market is over & the vendors pack up at 3pm or so, then you can bring your vehicle back into your spot to load up again. Use caution & proceed slowly. We wish you a prosperous day when you do go set up there.

- Be respectful to all persons & property at the market.
- There is no electricity at the market for vendors or for shoppers.
- There are restrooms at the north end of the vendor area on site.
- Sales of alcohol, tobacco, drugs or firearms are not allowed at this event.
- Pets must be on a leash, protect their paws from the hot asphalt & be sure they have water.
- Remember your means for the payment transactions you plan to use.
- Don’t forget your water bottle & sunscreen!
